Robert Rousseau | PhD Psychology

Robert has extensive expertise in Human Factors and Change Management, combined with a substantial technological knowledge. He possesses both a wide knowledge of Change Management theory and processes from a consulting perspective, together with actual experience of leading the implementation of those same processes within large organisations. Throughout his career at the School of Psychology at Université Laval from 1968 to 2003, as an academic and as a consultant, he has done experimental research on organizational Change Management. Most recently, he has served as acting Chair in departments of Laval University that required urgent Change Management; he has acted as Dean of the Faculty of Music, Chair of the School of Actuary, and Chair of the Department of Language, Linguistics, and Translation.
